Common issues
- Can’t sign in: Double-check your email spelling and try resetting your password.
- Forgot password: Use Forgot Password to get a reset link.
- Account not active: If your pharmacy user is blocked/suspended/inactive, contact support.
- Didn’t receive reset email: Check spam/junk, then try again after a few minutes.
- Mart money: Mart money is your RxMart DDA wallet balance. You can apply it at checkout toward orders and eligible free 2-day or overnight shipping.
